♥ March Favourites ♥

I'm back with my March favourites and before we get started I have to mention that it is a bit Beauty and the Beast heavy. It's just been the most amazing month thanks to the launch of Beauty and the Beast, however we will get into a bit later and we'll start with my beauty favourites.
Firstly I have been loving the Bourjois Healthly Mix combination as its coming into the warmer months I haven't been wanting a lighter coverage and this is want I've been loving. It's one of those foundations that I've always wanted to try as everyone seems to love it. So when I saw that they were reformatting it I knew I needed to try it. I did do a review of the new concealer (here) so definitely check that what if you would like to feel about the concealer in a bit more detail.
My favourite nail combination of this month is Essie's Fiji and A Cut Above glitter, I just think its the perfect spring combination. One thing I would point out is Fiji does take a couple of coats however it's so worth it as it turns out so pretty. Also I do love Essie's formula I would say it's my favourite as its so long-lasting.
My last beauty favourite is the Bite Beauty lipstick in the shade Rhubarb, I love the Bite Beauty formula and they smell amazing. I think this is the perfect shade for this time of year, as I feel were coming out of the dark shades from Winter but it's just not time to start wearing the pinks for Spring just yet. Therefore I've been loving this shade.
Onto Beauty and the Beast and my first favourite is my Chip mug, I was so excited when Disney Store announced they were selling some as it's just one of those staples for a Disney lover. Unfortunately he is now sold out but Disney Store but definitely keep checking back as I know they keep restocking him and they do they both Cogsworth and Lumiere. You can see my full haul from the Disney Store (here), as I picked up some amazing things.
Of course I had to have the film in my favourites as it was so amazing and I actually a very lengthy post about my thoughts of the film and soundtrack (here). So definitely check that post what if you want to know my thoughts, but just know if you haven't seen this film yet and you're a Disney fan. You need to see it as soon as possible.

That's it for my March favourites, I feel like it was quite a small one this month but I hope you enjoyed it anyway and I'll see you next week.

♥ Disney Store Haul ♥

Today I'm going to do a Disney Store haul, I don't shop at the Disney Store very often as I do think it's expensive and you can definitely get cheaper alternative from places such as Primark and various online stores. However there was a few things I really wanted that you can't really get anywhere else as a few of the items are park exclusives. All the links to the items will be below.
First up I got one of these really cute blind bags for the Beauty and the Beast live action film. I got the prince but you can get everyone from Mrs Potts to a few different Belles and Beast.
I thought these bowls were so cute and at the time they were buy one get one and they're are exclusive to the Disneyland Paris parks. You can get these in so many different colours but I thought I'd go classic Mickey Mouse colours with Black and Red. These are mane to be snack bowls so they are quite small but I think they're really cute.
I saw the Stitch version these notebooks on Charlotte's channel (here) and they also do Tinker Bell version and I think these are so adorable. Something I really liked was one is lined paper, one is grid paper and plain paper.
Another Beauty and the Beast is this amazing plate which I saw in Ellie Steadman's Disney haul (here) I did really want the bigger plate but unfortunately it sold out before I placed this order. But I definitely want to get it if I ever save up enough money to get myself to Disney World.
Finally I bought two Chip mugs because I was a bit too excited and unfortunately they now have sold out on the website but definitely check your local store quickly as they have only brought across a certain amount to the UK.

That's it for my Disney Store haul as always links will be below, I hope you enjoyed and it's given you some ideas on wants currently in the shop and I'll see you next week.

🥀 Beauty and the Beast 2017 | Movie Review & Thoughts 🥀

So today I'm going to be doing a review on the new Beauty and the Beast film as I saw it and instantly wanted to share my thoughts. Warning! There is going to be a lot of spoilers in this post so if you've not watched the film definitely come back after you've watched it. Let's get into it.

Firstly I love the additions they made including the addition of Belle's mother throughout the film. I adored the fact we learnt more about her mother and in turn meant we learnt why Maurice is so protective of Belle. The new scene in Belle's childhood home was so touching as she finally learns what happens to her mother as she battles with her father to learn about her mother. As Marurice does seem a little reluctant to talk about Belle's mother as he did have to leave her behind to protect Belle. I think they did such an amazing job and they kept it to the original but added the most amazing details, I loved that the people in the village had forgot about the Beast and his Castle. Going along with that I thought the new love stories were great especially Madame Garderobe and Maestro Cadenza. Also I loved how Mr Potts was introduced at the end of the film when the spell had been broken.

I think the whole of the cast were perfect especially Josh Gad as Le Fou, I do think he was the character that changed the most as he was less of the village idiot. Instead he does actually question Gaston's actions throughout the film, including him turning away from him in the fight scene and actually helps Mrs Potts. Emma Watson made the most amazing Belle, even though I know a lot of people who were a little hesitant with Emma's singing voice and I personally don't think she was the strongest voice in the film by no mean was it bad. I think in certain songs such as the reprise of How Does a Moment Last Forever, they really showcase her voice beautifully. However she was the perfect Belle as she bought some of her personal attributes to the part including being even more strong-willed than the animation. Mrs Potts was perfectly played by Emma Thompson, it was one of the roles I was a little worried about as it is so iconically played by Angela Lansbury. But I loved Emma Thompson just as much even though I didn't really like Mrs Potts at first as I do think she is kind of creepy but she did grow on me throughout the film.

The soundtrack is better than I could have ever imagined including the three new songs, they are definitely tear jerkers. One of the new songs include How Does a Moment Last Forever which is originally sung by Maurice while he's making a music box of Belle's childhood home. It's so touching and is later is reprised by Belle while visiting her childhood home with Beast. Another one of the new songs is Days in the Sun which is one of my favourites, it is the characters singing what they would do to how just one more day in the sun as their former self. The ending of the song when Belle starts singing is so touching as she realises that the experience has made her so much wiser. An additional song they've added is when the Beast is watching Belle run away to save her father called Evermore. This is such a beautiful song as it's the Beast realising how much Belle has changed him and that he had to let her go because he loved her so much. In some ways I love the new songs even more than the originals.

Overall I adore this new version, as I was so scared that it would just be another knock off and it would ruin the animated version. But I think they changed it just enough that you can no longer really compare the two as they have become so different. The soundtrack is amazing and really does the original justice, the cast is so perfect that I don't think they could've been casted more perfectly. My favourite scenes were of course the ballroom scene, the scene in Belle's childhood home and the last scene back in the ballroom.  Therefore I will definitely will be back to the cinema again, however next time I will take some tissues as I didn't think I would get so emotional throughout the film. So definitely if you're a huge Disney fan, you need to take tissues because it does pull on the old heart strings seeing a childhood classic been remade.

♥ StickersByAidanBlaze Review ♥

Today I'm going to be reviewing a sticker shop called StickerByAidanBlaze, this is a UK based shop that has everything from Erin Condren weekly kits to monthly kits. Unfortunately I don't think she sells these stickers anymore but I did also buy the Love Grows Here kit.
As far as the shop goes I did have a few problems, firstly I received a message from the shop owner nearly two weeks after I had purchased these stickers. She explained that unfortunately she was unable to ship my Disney stickers with my kit due to a unforeseen problem with her preprinted glossy stickers. I understand that is something that couldn't have been predicted and I appreciated that the shop owner messaged me about the problem. However there was also some confusion with the Disney stickers themselves for I ordered the large sheet, which from the pictures I thought this was a double sheet with two of each character. So when I received the first sheet (on the right) I was a little confused so I contacted Aidan and turns out the page on the left is the "small" size as it has the smaller sized characters which I now understand but I just wish it was made a little clearer. Luckily when contacting Aidan she quickly solved the problem and sent me another sheet to compensate.

Onto to something a little bit less negative is that the print quality and sticker paper are both very high quality and really pretty. Especially as I was a little worried about the Disney stickers as they have a lot of black accents and I've had a few stickers where the black doesn't come out very vibrant but these are lovely. The cut quality is okay as they are a little hard to pick up but if you just slightly bend the page they come straight up. I did noticed this more in the kit as the Disney stickers were slightly easier to peel up. Shipping times were again okay as the stickers took around 10 days to ship which I would say is pretty average as I've shops with a lot quicker times but also ones with a lot slower.

Overall if you're wanting a cheap weekly kit check this shop out as she does run a lot of coupons, I think I got this order around 60% off. So it's a good shop for quick stickers but I'm not sure I would persoanlly repurchase just with the slightly bad experience. Thanks for reading and I'm sorry for a negative one but I just like to be honest in my reviews. So I'll see you next week.

♥ New Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer Review ♥

Recently I picked up the Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer and I have really been loving it so I thought I would share it with you guys. I know this has been out for a while but Bourjois posted about both the foundation and concealer being new and improved so I thought you guys might want a review of the new version, but either way I wanted to share. Firstly this concealer comes with a doe foot applicator which I think is perfect to apply the concealer before blending out. This is a medium coverage concealer but it is so lightweight, therefore it doesn't crease under the eyes when you apply it. I feel it has great coverage for both under the eyes and for blemishes around the face and doesn't feel heavy at all, which also means it's so easy to blend out. I did have high expectations for this as the foundation is so highly raved about and it definitely didn't disappoint.

Also as I writing this Boots currently have an offer for 2 for £14 because of the relaunch of these products, so definitely check that out quickly as this concealer does retail for £7.99 which is a little steep but after trying it I definitely think it's love it. But obviously getting both the foundation and concealer for £14 is a bargain, when the foundation is £9.99 by itself. I actually haven't tried the new foundation yet but I guessing if I like it as much as the concealer you'll be seeing it in a favourites post soon. I hope you found my review helpful of the new concealer and I'll see you next week.

♥ February Favourites ♥

As promised I'm back with another monthly favourites, so today I'm going to be shgaring what I've been loving in the last month and I hope you enjoy.
Firstly I started using this Tarte Lights Camera Lashes Mascara this month as my Benefit one finally ran out. But this is definitely as amazing mascara, it defines and volumizes the lashes without making them look clumpy. Also it lasts so long on the lashes without transferring onto the lower lash line which a lot of mascaras seem to do on me.
Of course I have another Mac lipsticks because I bought way too many on holiday, but this months favourite has been Syrup as I'm not giving up on my darker shades just yet and because Spring is approaching I'm trying to make the most out of my darker shades.
Another Mac product I have been loving is my Mac palette, I am going to do a post soon of my Mac palette going into a bit more detail. But I've been especially loving the shades Amber Lights and Bronze for a lovely golden eye.
My finally beauty favourite has been the Kat Von D liquid lipstick because as I've said I'm trying to make the most out of the berry shades before I have to pack them away for winter. I just wish I'd picked more of these up while I could as its such a beautiful formula.
I actaully have a YouTube favourite this month and it's Charlotte from LilMissChickas, I love both her main channel (where she does Disney videos and vlogs) and her second channel (where she does normal vlogs). I've been subscribed for a while however this month she's been vlogging everyday on her second which has made me love her even more.
My TV show of the month has been the newest series of American Horror Story, which I have only just got around to watching but I'm so glad I did as I haven't been enjoying the last few seasons of AHS but this one has definitely bought my expectations back up.

That's it for my February favourites, they are some of my smaller posts but you guys seem to be really enjoying them, see you next week.
